Perfect Stay Near the Station
great location canal view spacious room
The hotel is located near the train station. I could leave my luggage before check-in to explore. The room included a very good view of the canal, it was also spacious. The air conditioning worked very well.
The room could use some maintenance as some of the furniture showed wear.

The room had silk wallpaper and a glass chandelier. There was a Venetian mirror adding a nice touch. A huge window overlooked the canal making the room feel more special.

worn room uncomfortable beds
The room was not what i expected. it felt quite worn and the bathroom had some issues with the grout (i could feel the buildup on the walls). there was also a bad smell from the drain. I kept the bathroom door closed to manage it. the beds were also pretty uncomfortable and the cover was found in the drawer (it looked like they might be renovating, i guess).

friendly staff helpful team convenient location
the staff were friendly. the reception team addressed queries. housekeeping kept the rooms clean. the location was very convenient with good access to local transport options.
there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom. the shower barely worked properly.

mediocre Stay NEAR train station
poor fans overwhelmed staff
The air conditioning barely functioned. Only two FANS were provided. Staff seemed overwhelmed. There weren't enough to handle guest requests promptly. i found the overall service and climate control UNACCEPTABLE.

great location safe luggage venetian decor silk wallpaper
The location was amazing. The train station was VERY close. We completed paperwork upon arrival at the reception. We left our luggage, and it was safe. Our room was ready later, and i picked up the keys. The venetian decor added a nice touch. The silk wallpaper was elegant.
The tv in the room was REALLY small.

The staff were flexible with early check-in allowing us to drop our bags off. Breakfast was included, though simple. It was a completely reasonable offering given the overall price of the room. I was happy.

the location was very convenient near the train station. the reception staff were friendly and cute i appreciated this. my room was clean and the bed had crisp linen sheets. the continental breakfast offered a good choice and i found it satisfying.
the textiles covering the walls looked quite old it would be nice to see these updated.

traditional decor morning aroma
I stayed in a room with traditional decor. The experience felt authentically local! The aroma of baking bread floated through the window each morning!
The stairways did show some wear, a minor issue .
